Its the beginning of the winter vacation, and Im so excited to have some time off from school! Today, I woke up early in the morning, and the first thing I did was to make a plan for my vacation. I wanted to make the most of this time and do some fun and productive things.

**Morning**:

After breakfast, I decided to start with my English practice. Ive been told that practicing English every day is crucial if you want to improve your speaking skills. So, I took out my English diary and started writing in it.

**Entry 1**:

*Today is the first day of my winter vacation. Im looking forward to spending time with my family and doing some fun activities. One thing that Ive been wanting to do is learn some new English phrases and words. I hope this vacation will be a great opportunity for me to improve my English.*

After writing in my diary, I watched an English movie. One of my favorite movies is \”Frozen,\” so I decided to watch it again. This time, I paid more attention to the dialogue and tried to repeat some of the phrases. It was fun, and I think it helped me remember some new words.

**Afternoon**:

In the afternoon, I spent some time studying English grammar. My mother bought me a grammar book for the vacation, and Ive been using it to brush up on my knowledge of different verb tenses and sentence structures. Its not as easy as I thought it would be, but every time I solve a problem or understand a new concept, I feel accomplished.

**Evening**:

In the evening, I practiced my speaking skills with my little sister. Shes six years old, so she doesnt understand much English, but shes a good listener. We played a game where I would say a sentence in English and she would repeat it back to me. It was funny to see her trying to pronounce some of the words, but it was also a good way for me to practice my speaking skills.

**January 15th, 2023**

Today was another productive day for me. I spent most of the day practicing English in different ways.

I started the day by reading an English newspaper article. My mother found a website that publishes articles in English for children, and I found it really interesting. The article was about animals in the winter, and it made me think about how animals adapt to the cold weather. After reading the article, I wrote a summary of it in my diary.

**Entry 2**:

**Evening**:

In the evening, I practiced my listening skills by listening to an English podcast. It was about different cultures around the world, and it was really fascinating to learn about how people live in different parts of the world. After listening to the podcast, I wrote down some of the new words that I learned and tried to use them in a sentence.
